Welcome to Petcare Rewards, our clinic’s loyalty rewards programme.
How does the Petcare rewards work?
Petcare Rewards is a programme designed to help keep pets living longer and healthier. When you use our services or purchase eligible products, you’ll earn points that you can then redeem for various amazing Rewards to spend on services at our clinic.
Earn points
You earn points automatically from the services and all eligible products from a single invoice. Every $100 spent = 1 treat. Our team will apply your points at check-out after a visit. Then, your treat points will appear in the mobile app.
You can earn bonus points for:
✅ Booking a wellness exam (+5 points)
✅ Completing annual lab work (+8 points)
✅ Referring a new client (+10 points)
✅ Purchasing a 6-month parasite prevention supply (+3 points)
Points add up fast
You automatically earn points for things you already do for your pets, such as getting them for example vaccination, and wellness examinations.
Turn your points into the services your pet needs
Use your accumulated points whenever you want (some services may require an appointment). Redeem them for wellness exams, preventive exams, blood work, dental cleaning, blood pressure checks and other services at Animal Medical Group. It’s all about your convenience and flexibility.
What do I do with my accumulated points?
You redeem your points for rewards:
- 🩺 50% off Wellness Exam – 15 points
- 🩸 30% off Bloodwork Panel – 20 points
- 💩 Free faecal or urinalysis test – 18 points
- 🦷 $100 off Dental Cleaning – 30 points
- ✂️ Free nail trim or ear cleaning with a paid wellness visit – 10 points
- 🏝️ One Free Night of pet boarding – 35 points
Terms and Conditions
- Participation is free and optional.
- Redeem your rewards for services (not products) —services and purchases excluded from earning rewards: Pet WellCare plan items and its services and previously discounted services.
- Invoice must be paid in full at the time of check-out to receive treats.
- Points cannot be combined or transferred.
- There is a limit of 1 redemption per transaction per day unless unrelated to the same invoice.
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
- Rewards cannot be used at the visit redeemed (cannot be used at the same visit during which it was earned).
- Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
- Animal Medical Group reserves the right to discontinue and modify the Petcare Rewards at anytime.
