Care points add up fast

Earn care points for things you already do for your pets, such as getting them vaccinated, buying Nexgard and Heartgard, and conducting wellness examinations.

Earn care points

Earn care points when you use our services, or buy products. 

1. For every $100 you spend, you earn one care point
2. When you enrol your pet into a Pet WellCare plan, you earn 3 care points.

Turn your care points into services your pet needs

Use your accumulated care points whenever you want. Redeem them for wellness exams, preventive exams, blood work, dental cleaning, blood pressure checks and other services at Animal Medical Group. It’s all about your convenience and flexibility.

How do I join?

Please speak with our customer care rep at the front desk when you are checking out. We will ask you to enter your name and phone number at the kiosk. It’s that simple!

What do I do with my accumulated care points? 

You redeem your care points for rewards:

• 10% off your visit (on the services portion only) – 20 care points
• $50 credit towards future services – 15 care points
• 15% off a comprehensive blood panel –  10 care points
• 1 free examination – 5 care points

Terms and Conditions

1. Participation is free and optional.
2. Redeem your rewards for services (not products) —services and purchases excluded from earning rewards: Pet WellCare wellness items and its services and previously discounted  services.
3. Invoice must be paid in full at the time of check-out to receive care points. Points are allocated on the non-VAT portion of your invoice total.
4. Care points cannot be combined or transferred. 
5. There is a limit of 1 redemption per transaction per day unless unrelated to the same invoice.
6. Care points expire 12 months after they are earned.
7. Rewards cannot be used at the visit redeemed (cannot be used at the same visit during which it was earned).
8. Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
9. Animal Medical Group reserves the right to discontinue and modify the Pet WellCare Loyalty  at anytime.
